The Telstra Netboys, the hottest new team in Netball, made its debut at Sydney Olympic Park on Sunday at the blockbuster match between the NSW Swifts and Qld Firebirds.

Made up of Sydney-based dancers, the Telstra Netboys will be at selected matches throughout the ANZ Championship this season to fire up the fans, celebrate the best moments of the match, and add to the on-court entertainment.

At the helm is renowned Sydney dance choreographer Ame Delves who has worked with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment including international stars Lily Allen and Ke$ha and Australian favourites Dannii Minogue and Guy Sebastian.

Based in Potts Point, Ms Delves, who is a regular on popular reality TV series' So You Think You Can Dance and Australia's Next Top Model, has designed an energetic routine which is guaranteed to blow away netball fans.

"Think Harlem Globetrotters mixed with the hottest dance moves. We'll be showing off some great skills from the game as well as treating fans to a melting pot of dance styles," she said.

The Telstra Netboys are Alex Osmond (Castle Cove), Kristopher Long (Kensington), Corey Blake (Cronulla), Adem Howard (St Marys) and Chris van Doren (Mascot).

The Telstra Netboys are part of Telstra's recently announced partnership with Netball Australia, and aim to enhance the experience for people watching the game.
