Teresa Palmer: The Next ‘It’ Girl In-Line with Kristen Stewart & Jennifer Lawrence
Teresa Palmer has stunned audiences with her incredibly hot body and adorable Aussie accent on film. From being the spoiled rich daddy's girl on "Bedtime Stories" to kicking extra terrestrial ass on "I Am Number four", Palmer proves to be a girl worth watching out for.
Is Palmer the next Hollywood "It" girl apart from "Twilight's'" Kristen Stewart and "The Hunger Games'" Jennifer Lawrence?
Vampires are too much of a good thing that even television shows like "True Blood" and "Vampire Diaries" have loads of them. So it's time for a radical change, it's back to the undead - zombies. The "Walking Dead" reign had already ended so now it's time for an all new "undead" action that involves an ironic twist, a love story.
In the highly-anticipated romance flick by Summit Entertainment, "Warm Bodies", zombies and true love apparently go well together. This is what lead star, Teresa Palmer, says it would look like.
"It's almost like star-crossed lovers and that's the same thing as Twilight, but it (Warm Bodies) is its own movie," explained the 24-year old Australian actress.
"It's dark and quirky and there's a lot of humor in there too," continued Teresa.
However, the comparisons between the films "Twilight" and "Warm Bodies" do not end there. A few critics have compared the main leads, Kristen Stewart and Teresa Palmer, against each other. Yet, they won't be getting any cat fight there because Teresa has nothing but adoration to spare for the 22-year old "Twilight" actress.
"She's wonderful. Of our generation, I think she's one of the most talented actresses out there," said Teresa. "She's edgy, she's different and I'm looking forward to On the Road. I can't wait for that movie," continued Palmer.
Another leading lady Palmer is up against is "The Hunger Games" star, Jennifer Lawrence. Ironically, Palmer stars with Lawrence's boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult. Would that add to the bad blood between them? Yet, it is the complete opposite. Like Palmer's adoration for Stewart, Teresa also admires Jennifer Lawrence on and off screen.
"I love Jennifer. She is such a special person in real life too, she's really grounded. She's got such a life force, I love that, and it really comes across on screen," said Palmer.
It's great Teresa has got a good thing going on with Kristen and Jennifer. By the time the hype for "Warm Bodies" goes on an all time high, Palmer has got to learn from both KStew and JLaw what it means to be the next Hollywood "It" girl.
