We all love Adele's unique voice and she stepped out to the public looking much thinner after the throat surgery to save her voice.

This is the side effect of the surgery as Adele obviously got thinner. In a picture she uploaded, the incredible singer developed some cheekbones and lost her much fuller face. The photo shows Adele in her signature beehive hair and classic make up.

It seems that the surgery made eating more uncomfortable and may be the probable cause of her weight loss.

The singer is currently looking for a new home in West Sussex due to doctor's recommendation that London's smog and pollution may worsen her condition. Cleaner air will aid her recovery from throat surgery she went last month. It is said that she is eyeing £2 to £3million worth of property away from the city.

Mirror reported that Adele's surgery went well but needed to take care of herself. Adele had the operation in Massachusetts by the same US doctor who treated Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.

Adele was forced to cancel tour dates and promotional appearances in the U.K and the U.S for the rest of the year due to her illness.

A spokesman at the Massachusetts General Hospital said she underwent vocal chord microsurgery to stop recurrent bleeding from a benign polyp. The condition is usually caused by unstable blood vessels in the vocal cord that can rupture. The hospital added that Adele went to Boston to undergo the surgery with Dr Steven Zeitels, director of the hospital's Voice Centre.

Adele is desperate to recover fully from the surgery and to go back singing as soon as possible.
