Spoiler Alert! Don't say you weren't warned. In the film "Thor: The Dark World," viewers need to stay to watch the after-credit scenes! Years of watching Marvel movies should have taught viewers that after-credit scenes will be shown. However, a lot of people still miss it.

This time, some viewers who stayed for the after-credit scenes still missed watching a crucial scene which was shown after the first post-credit scene. Yes, you heard that right, "Thor: The Dark World" has not just one, but two after-credit scenes!

"Thor: The Dark World" is set after the first Thor movie in 2011 and "The Avengers" in 2012. That's why we see Thor fighting foes in the aftermath of the battles fought in the two movies that preceded it. Some scenes that happened in "The Avengers" were even mentioned in this film, such as the New York incident with the invasion of the Chitauri, an alien race.

The first after-credits scene, which is now referred to as the mid-credits scene, features a familiar actor, Benicio del Toro, who was last seen in the film Jimmy P. as Jimmy Picard. This particular scene is somewhat of a teaser not just for the next "Avengers" movie in 2015, but also for the film "Guardians of the Galaxy," which will be shown in 2014. Benicio will star in the said film as The Collector, an immortal character in the Marvel universe who collects artifacts in his galactic museum.

The Collector is one the Elders of the Universe who can manipulate cosmic energy, change shapes, see an alternate future and communicate telepathically. He is briefly seen in the mid-credits scene, along with Sif and Volstagg who give him the Aether for safekeeping. The Collector says "one down, five to go."

He is referring to the 6 Infinity Stones or Infinity Gems in the Marvel Universe. Apparently, the one who possesses all of these gems using the Infinity Gauntlet will have immense power and control over all realities in the Marvel Universe.

After the mid-credits scene, viewers need to wait awhile to see the after-credits scene featuring the reunion of Thor and Jane Foster on earth. In the scene, we see Jane eating breakfast and then, she hears a familiar sound - the sound of Thor returning. She smiles and runs out of the room to meet Thor and kiss him passionately. After the sweet scene, a beast from Jotunheim which passed through the inter-dimensional portal during the Convergence can be seen wreaking havoc in London.
