Tiger Woods Wins Another World Championship
Woods is taking his championship stride to the Masters. For the first time in five years, Tiger managed to snag two wins before the Masters.
Tiger Woods was in full control last Sunday after winning his 17th World Golf Championship title. The golfer didn't allow anyone to get close to three shots to win the Cadillac Championship that day. He went up against Steve Stricker but emerged as the winner in the end.
Within just a year, Tiger Woods already managed to win five times. It's actually the most anyone did in the world, so there is no doubt that he can swiftly return back to the No. 1 at the Bay Hill in two weeks.
''Thank you to Steve for the putting lesson. It was one of those weeks where I felt pretty good about how I was playing, made a few putts and got it rolling," Tiger said in his interview.
''At times you kick yourself. He's a good friend. We talk a lot about putting. It's good to see him playing well," Stricker said of their match up.
While the Masters is still a month away, Tiger Woods will definitely be a favourite. Besides, everybody loves tuning in to a successful comeback like one that Tiger displays.
Three years since his scandal, Tiger hasn't been in top shape. But now, it seems like he has regained his confidence in his sport. There were also some speculations that he is reuniting with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren.
In February, the two were snapped together at their children's event for a youth sports organization and appeared to be enjoying each other's company. According to rumours, Tiger is eager to win his ex wife back, and the two have already started dating again.
