Merely days after their divorce was finalized, Tiger Woods wished his former wife Elin Nordegren all the best but he also expressed disappointment over his marriage's end.

In a press conference in Barclays today, Tiger Woods said "I wish her the best in everything. You know, it's a sad time in our lives. And we're looking forward to -- in our lives and how we can help our kids the best way we possibly can. And that's the most important thing."

The golfer was also vocal with his disappointment over his divorce from Elin.

"You don't ever go into a marriage looking to get divorced," he said. "I've made a lot of errors in my life and it's something I have to live with."

Woods dodged question on whether he still love Nordegren.

In its latest issue of People magazine quotes Nordegren as saying she has been "through hell" dealing with reports on Tiger Wood's affairs, comparing the end of their marriage to death.

In response, Woods said "I understand that she's sad and I feel the same way."

The couple officially announced their divorce last Monday.
