In a shocking revelation, "Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham has confessed that her dirty adult video has ruined her life. Farrah made a raunchy tape with an adult industry star, James Deen, and labeled it as a celebration of her body and feminity.

Farrah even had a emotional meltdown at VH1 show "Couples Therapy" while discussing her tape.

However, now the reality TV star is singing different tunes altogether. "It made it hard to have friends and a private life and to trust family, who I feel use me for money," said Farrah to In Touch Weekly magazine.

"If I went back in time, I would not have done it," added the MTV star.

Farrah even said that she wants her daughter to know that she is much more than her body.

"Knowing my sex tape was out there for everyone in the world to see ... was overwhelming. I wanted to hide my face and not go out or pick up my phone," explained Farrah.

However, fans should not forget that it was Farrah who sold her tape to Vivid Entertainment. Yet, despite claiming it "ruined her life," it did give her a new lease in life. Thanks to "Couple's Therapy," Farrah has allegedly changed in a big way with a new direction in life.

"Therapy helped me understand I can't continue experiencing life [the way I have been], that I'm more special than sex tapes. Hearing others tell me my worth is [all based on] my body ... I'm stronger than that," stated Abraham.

"If anything, now I can steer my daughter to a better future," added Farah further regarding the future of her daughter.
