Tom Brady Had One Of His Worst Games Ever And Twitter Loved It
Tom Brady and the New England Patriots fell to the Kansas City Chiefs, 41-14 on Monday Night Football (MNF) in the National Football League (NFL). Like good soldiers, Brady and Patriots non-fans reacted strongly online after the blowout loss by one of the most popular quarterback in the league.
Here are a few Twitter gold posts after the MNF game— mostly digs against Brady and all funny at the expense of the Patriots starting QB:
Tom Brady's press conference is ADORABLE right now. Like when your 8 year old loses a soccer game and you ask them if they're alright.

This is Tom Brady's most embarrassing effort. And this is the same guy who wears Ugg boots and dances like Mark Madsen. — Not Bill Walton (@NotBillWalton) September 30, 2014
After this game, all Tom Brady has left is fame, millions of dollars and a super model wife. #mnf

If I'm Tom Brady, I jump in that moat when I get home. No way Gisele lowers the draw bridge after this performance.

BREAKING: Roger Goodell denies seeing video of Tom Brady's performance tonight. — Will East (@willeast1) September 30, 2014
Something has to be wrong with my TV that can't be Tom Brady!!! #Truth

To be fair, the Brady critics were not wrong for this game— or even, for the season.
Against the Chiefs, Brady had two interceptions against a lone touchdown and was sacked twice. Brady passed for 14-of-23 completions and had only 159 passing yards. He also had an 11.6 QB rating for the game— his lowest since a 9.6 QB rating in December of 2006 when the Patriots lost to Miami Dolphins, 21-0.
There is much to be said of Brady’s bad performance Monday night but there are also other factors to blame like the Patriots struggling offensive line plus the fact that only Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman are legit targets down the field.
The 37-year-old Brady is playing in his 15th NFL season. Could the game against the Chiefs be the start of the end of the Tom Brady era with the New England Patriots? If it's based on Twitter reactions, it appears Brady's career is over.
