Tom Cruise has been linked to yet another woman since his divorce from Suri's mom, Katie Holmes. This time, the 50-year-old actor reportedly has a 26-year-old girlfriend named Cynthia Jorge, a Beauty & Essex manager.

But before anyone protests, Jorge has reportedly said they only had a "casual night out."

"Cynthia told me they went out for drinks and it was nothing but a casual night out. She said he's a nice guy," People.com quoted its source.

In a report by New York Post, Cruise and Jorge were spotted dancing at La Baron night club. Tom "was sweeping [Cynthia] round the dance floor," In Touch publication described.

"They did the salsa. He took her in his arms and spun her around the dance floor. Tom looked like a pro," In Touch quoted its source as saying.

Obviously, the media has been waiting to see when Cruise will start dating again. Prior to reports involving Jorge, Cruise was rumored to be dating Jennifer Akerman.

"He's single and will be talking to women-all of whom he won't be instantly dating," E! News quoted its source as saying.

Meanwhile, Us Weekly reported Holmes took her daughter Suri Cruise to her parents in Ohio to spend their first Christmas without daddy Tom.

An Us Weekly source said Holmes, 34, "thinks getting Suri out of the city is healthy for her -- seeing how life is outside of their world there."

The publication also reported Suri was with his father by Dec. 26. Holmes, on the other hand, got busy again with the Broadway play Dead Accounts.
