Erin Marie Barry, the woman with whom Tony Parker allegedly had an affair, issued a denial over reports that she had been 'sexting' the NBA player.

In a statement posted in BarrysHelpSA.org, Erin Marie Barry wrote that she's only breaking her silence over the allegations because her indifference "has been construed as an admission of guilt." Barry denied having an affair with, nor did she pursue the San Antonio Spurs player.

"Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship," wrote Barry in her Web site. Erin is the wife of Brent Barry, a team mate of Parker's at San Antonio Spurs. The two are also in the process of divorce.

"My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided."

Recently, Eva Longoria's estranged husband Tony Parker was dumped by his lawyer allegedly because he also represents the woman with whom the NBA player allegedly had an affair. The woman was identified by the media as Erin Barry. (See full report here).

Eva Longoria first broke the news of their divorce to the public after she allegedly discovered numerous implicating correspondence between her husband, and an unidentified wife of Parker's team mate. The actress said she found hundreds of text messages in Tony Parker's phone from the woman. Longoria also revealed that Parker has also kept up with the woman on Facebook.

Longaria has been married to Parker for three years, since their civil wedding in July 2007. She was previously married to Tyler Christopher from 2002 to 2004.
