Top-Rank boss Bob Arum said he's planning to stage a big event in Singapore around October as part of the effort to promote the fight between Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios this coming November in Macao, China

Arum said if the promotional event becomes successful he's not going to have any second thought of arranging Pacquiao fight in the Lion city.

Singapore has been tossed as a possible host to stage big boxing matches as Top-Rank continues its plan to expand its market in Asia.

Pacquiao, who's scheduled to return to the ring against a hard-hitting Rios in November, has also expressed his interest to fight in Singapore because of large number of Filipinos working in the small yet bustling city.

If the Filipino champ manages to come through with a victory against Rios, a possible opponent for Pacquiao would be Adrien Broner or even Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a surefire mega-bout for all the ages.

Meanwhile, Top Rank has already released the prices of the tickets for the upcoming Pacquiao-Rios fight. The most expensive seats are worth $1,200 while the cheapest spots are valued at $100.

Pay-per-View will be available on phone and mobile gadgets for $5 but it's for Chinese audience only.
