E.L. James' best-selling erotica novel has been and continues to become the talk of the tinsel town. Despite being dubbed "mommy porn" and being banned from over a hundred bookshelves in the US, "Fifty Shades of Grey" has been sold to over 10 million people worldwide.

Lionsgate is already in the works for the film adaptation but while things still aren't set on stone, then here are a few swoon-worthy scenes that should make into the film.

Based on the "Twilight" series written by Stephanie Meyer, "Fifty Shades of Grey" is basically a romance novel with a darker twist. Filled with S&M and BDSM-filled "action-pumping" scenes, the trilogy follows the whirlwind romance of Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey. It revolves around the story of 22-year old, Ana who agrees into a contract of being a submissive to the brooding and handsome, Christian Grey.

While the romance is enough to keep readers hooked, it is the pages that follow right after the toe-curling scenes that makes it harder to put the book down. From shackles to a red room, Christian and Ana's romance has put Edward and Isabella's to shame.

The film adaptation might be a long way to go but this has not stopped addicted fans from creating lists of potential actors and actresses to take on the lead roles.
