In response to film rental website Netflix publishing their top 10 rented movies of all time, BitTorrent site 'Torrentfreak' has compiled a similar list. As the site regularly monitors what the most popular downloads of the moment are, they decided to use their knowledge and make a list of the movies that have accumulated the most illegal downloads.

Unsurprisingly the list was made up of films released within the last 10 years. The list also showed each film's gross profit worldwide, and with no film making less than $96 million, perhaps illegal downloading isn't impacting Hollywood quite as much as is made out. The Torrentfreak list shared a couple of films with that of Netflix's top 10, but the top 3 failed to even make it into Netflix's top rentals.
