After her publicized split with Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is kept in total lockdown as she suffers from eating disorder and addiction issues. It has been revealed that the 49-year-old actress is admitted at a luxe rehabilitation clinic in Utah.

It is said that the actress is kept in total lockdown at the exclusive Cirque Lodge rehabilitation treatment where she is treated for eating disorders and addiction. Signs of weight loss have been distinct from Demi since marital problems between her and Ashton's surfaced to the public.

A source confirms that Moore checked in to the facility a week after she was hospitalized. The source also said that the actress is completely locking down and only talks with a small group of people.

"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people. It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help," a source tells E! News.

The actress was rumored to have indulged in a generous amount of nitrous oxide. A representative of Moore then released a statement that the "Ghost" star will seek medical help to treat her exhaustion and improve her health.

Another insider claimed that Demi's estranged husband Ashton Kutcher persuaded her to get help. Another source tells that ex husband Bruce Willis also convinced Demi to get some professional help shortly after the breakup.

"He was worried about her and wanted her to get better. Many of her friends did the same thing, but she just wouldn't listen," the source told People.com

The Cirque Lodge rehab center is not a stranger to celebrities. They have reportedly been visited by other stars including Lindsay Lohan and Eva Mendes.
