In a shocking disclosure it has came to fore that Kate Middleton is not only allegedly pregnant but is also on the verge of going bankrupt. Classicalite.com reported that an array of tabloids reported that Kate Middleton and the Royal family might be going broke.

The Duchess of Cambridge recently made it to the cover of OK! Magazine and from there, rumors of royal bankruptcy got sourced.

A source revealed to the publication that, "[William and Kate] aren't as rich as you think. They don't own all those castles and big old houses. Most of them belong to the nation. The houses are massive and some of them are literally falling apart-and they have to pay for the upkeep out of their budgets."

The Telegraph in its report said that the Queen Elizabeth funds are on the historic low and the royals needs better financial planning if they want to keep up the life style. Apparently, only £1 million left in reserve and money saving tips are being given to the Queen's courtiers.

MPs told the newspaper that, "Queen's advisers had overspent to such an extent that her reserve fund had fallen from £35 million in 2001 to just £1 million today."

Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle are evidently in a need of the urgent repair as per the reports and the Queen really needs to get hold of her finances in order to sustain.

Margaret Hodge, chair of the Public Accounts Committee in her advice to the Royal family said," The household needs to get better at planning and managing its budgets for the longer term--and the Treasury should be more actively involved in reviewing what the household is doing."

Meanwhile, reports of Kate Middleton's second pregnancy have been toast of the previous week. The controversial publication The Star has claimed that Kate Middleton is pregnant for the second time and the bets are already being placed on the names of boy and a girl.
