"True Blood" Season 7, the final season, is the season of bloodbath, high causalities and death of favourite characters. Also, it is the return to the original theme of human and vampire relationship and showing the original promise of Bill and Sookie.

The premiere episode, which is titled, "Jesus Gonna Be Here," will pick-up from where it left-off in the previous season. It is bloodbath time in Bon Temps because of the Hep-V infected vampires attack. TV Guide Mega Buzz reports that the list of casualties is just not limited to redshirts.

"In fact, one character's fate is so jaw-dropping that you'll spend the rest of the episode wondering if what you just watched was a dream. It's not, which clearly means all bets are off in this final season," according to TV Guide's spoiler report.

The synopsis of the premiere episode revealed that a "band of rogue H-vamps crashes the vampire-human mixer at Bellefleur's, with shocking results." Meanwhile, "one vampire for every human" plan moves forward.

Talking about the upcoming season, Sam Trammell, who plays Major of Bon Temps, said to E! Online that the final season is sensational. "It's an insane season, it's great. People are going to love this final season," the actor said.

The Season 6 Finale wrapped-up with Hep-V infected vampires walking like zombies toward the party zone. More and more vampires were joining this rogue group. Talking about this attack on Bon Temps by the band of rogue H-vamps, Trammell said, "it's pretty nuts, it's a tough town...There's some serious stuff coming our way with those vampires."

"True Blood" is scheduled to return on June 22, 2014, with final ten episodes. The premiere episode is written by Angela Robinson and is directed by Stephen Moyer. In addition to the casualties, the first episode of the final season will feature flashback of Tara and Sookie as ten-years-old. Also, the viewers will get to see Bill in his human avatar, three years before he became a vampire.
