It is time for fans of HBO's popular vampire drama series, "True Blood," to bid farewell. HBO has released a minimalist poster, which says "Goodbyes suck." The two Os in the poster are blood holes, with blood flowing down from one of them. In addition, HBO has also released the first full-trailer of the final season. It indicates that no one is safe in the final season, as it is not the characters but the bloodbath that is the highlight of the trailer.

Ryan Kwanten, who plays Jason Stackhouse, had warned that some of the favourite characters are going to die in the final season, and the trailer confirms that it will be a cruel final season. He had said in an interview with Access Hollywood, "People are going to be dying. Some of your favourites are going to be not lasting the season, unfortunately."

There is no one safe. "They're coming for every goddamned human in this town," Sookie says in the trailer. The trailer features people getting attacked, uncountable dead people and mass grave. A voice says, "... bloodbath over here."

The trailer suggests that the residents of Bon Temps are blaming Sookie for the lethal attack. She can be seen saying that she cannot let anyone else die because of her.

Meanwhile, Sookie and Alcide can be seen kissing, while Bill asks her, ""Do you love him?" There is also a scene of Sooke saying to Bill, "I thought once I'd had your blood, it was forever." It looks like Sookie, Bill and Alcide triangle continues to be in play in the final season.

"True Blood" final season is scheduled to premiere on June 22, 2014. It will comprise of ten episodes. The one-line synopsis of the premiere episode, titled "Jesus Gonna Be Here," says, "A band of rogue H-vamps attacks Bon Temps." This means that the premiere episode of the final season picks-up right where it left in Season 6 finale.
