Australian actor Ryan Kwanten made his newest “True Blood” star “feel like a lady.” Rob Kazinsky, who has joined the U.S. TV series as a regular for season six, revealed that Kwanten had been a gentleman during their homoerotic scene on the show.

On the latest episode of the show, Rob’s character Ben was revealed to be not just a faery, but as a vampire as well, one who is named Warlow and had killed Sookie Stackhouse’s (Anna Paquin) parents.

In one sexually charged scene, Jason Stackhouse (Ryan) was shaving when Ben joined him. Both were shirtless, both breathless, and both looked totally into it. Too bad it was just Jason’s dream.

When asked about the steamy shaving sequence, Rob said he loved it.

“It was one of the hottest scenes I’ve ever shot in my life solely because we couldn’t keep a straight face,” He told Too Fab. “Not for one second.”

He was also full of praise for Ryan, whose playboy character has perhaps done the most number of sex scenes on the show.

“I couldn’t ask to have my first sex scene on the show with anybody else. He’s so good at doing them. And he’s got so much experience in doing them on the show that he made me feel like a lady,” Rob quipped.

“He made me relax. It was good.”

As for Rob’s other sexy scene, the one with Anna, he told Too Fab that Stephen Moyer, who plays the vampire Bill Compton and has also directed the episode, was totally okay with him getting hot and heavy with Anna, Stephen’s real-life wife.

“Steve was incredibly supportive and so secure in their relationship. After a quick conversation with him to make sure he’s okay with it, we just went for it. He was there and it was great.”

Stephen told eonline.com in a previous interview that while Rob was initially uncomfortable with shooting a sex scene with Anna in front of him, he himself was fine with it.

“When you are directing your wife in a sex scene, you get to do what the writers come up with,” Stephen told the Web site. “Maybe they’re coming up with something you haven’t thought of before. You can try things out without it being weird.”
