'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1'
Twi-hard fans all over the world are anticipating the release of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 movie this year. It will be released as two separate films with the first of the two scheduled to be released in theaters on Nov. 18, 2011.
The project is based on the fourth novel by author Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series. There is definitely a high expectation from the film, since it is the concluding chapter in the secrets and mysteries of this spell-binding romantic epic that has captivated millions.
Pulled in one direction by her intense passion for vampire Edward Cullen and in another by her profound connection to Jacob Black, Bella Swan has endured a tumultuous year of temptation, loss, and strife to reach the ultimate turning point in her life on becoming a vampire. Now that Bella has made her decision, a startling chain of unprecedented events is about to unfold with potentially devastating and immeasurable consequences.
Director Bill Condon reveals that the film turns into a horror movie. Condon, making his debut as director of the franchise, noted that he started out in horror films and liked returning to his roots. "Breaking Dawn turns into a horror movie," he said.
The honeymoon of newlyweds Bella Swan and Edward Cullen from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 is one of the most anticipated scenes in the film. Pattinson revealed that during most of the honeymoon scene, which was shot in Brazil, the production filmed through monsoon-like rains, which made getting into the mood challenging. "It felt like having a honeymoon in England, playing board games instead of making love on the beach," he said.
With the end of The Twilight Saga nearly closing in, the stars of the film expressed how they feel about leaving this phenomenon behind. Nikki Reed who portrays the role of Rosalie Hale, an exceptionally beautiful vampire, said that she will miss everyone. "I would love to say we'll have dinner every week, but I don't think so. Some will keep in touch, some won't." Alice Greene, who plays Alice Cullen - a vampire that can foresee the future said that "For the next two years, we should be okay". She further added, "We will have premieres and conventions. But eventually, it will be very sad when it all comes to an end."
