Twilight star Robert Pattinson does not know how to drive despite playing vampire Edward Cullen who has a thing for sports car. Pattinson is among the few Hollywood celebrities who confessed they were not an expert behind the wheels.

In a list compiled by People magazine, Pattinson is quoted as having told Ellen DeGeneres that while he drives himself around Los Angeles, he has not really mastered driving.

"I don't actually know how to drive. It's absolutely terrifying," Pattinson told Ellen.

"I don't know how to use the little wipey thing on the windscreen, so I couldn't see out of the windscreen."

People magazine compiled a list of celebrities who has no choice but avail the services of a chaffeur, with Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe also figuring on the list. It comes in light of Russell Brands, husband of pop star Katy Perry, confessing that he felt Katy has to drive him around so he took driving lessons, at the age of 35.

Aside from being both British and starring in franchise films, this is another thing that Pattinson and Radcliffe have in common. Radcliffe just learned how to drive last year, at the age of 20. The Harry Potter star preferred the English countryside, and stayed out of the busy London traffic.
