The owner of the RV dealership sued by "Eclipse" star Taylor Lautner challenged the celebrity to a push-up contest.

In a press conference, owner Brent McMahon of McMahon's RV, challenged the buffed-up star to settle his lawsuit with a push-up contest. If Lautner accepts and wins the push-up contest, McMahon will pay him the $40,000 to settle the case. If McMahon wins, he will donate the cash to Children's Hospital of Orange County.

"We're taking a negative and making it into a positive to benefit the sick children at Children's Hospital of Orange County," McMahon said at the press conference. He says he has other sponsors willing to chip in if Lautner appears.

In a statement, Lautner's lawyer Robert Barta turned down the push-up contest, refusing to dignify McMahon's challenge.

"McMahon's RV's response to our client's legitimate claim further demonstrates the lack of professionalism that Mr. McMahon, his company and his employees have exhibited from the outset, and that compelled the filing of this lawsuit in the first place."

But the Hollywood star's camp welcomed the contribution to charity.

"We do welcome the opportunity for him to resolve this matter by making a $40,000 donation to the charity of Mr. Lautner's choice, and we will be in touch with his counsel to see if he will make good on this offer."

Previously, it was reported that Lautner is suffering from "emotional distress" and "annoyance" because his RV tralier was not delivered on time. In the law suit, Twilight star claimed that he made a deal with McMahon's RV to purchase a personal trailer for around $300,000.The vampire flicks star claims breach of contract and fraud, and wants unspecified damages.
