"Eclipse" star Taylor Lautner is suffering from "emotional distress" and "annoyance" not because Bella hooked up with vampire Edward Cullen in real life, but because his RV tralier was not delivered on time.

TMZ reports of a new lawsuit where the Twilight star claimed that he made a deal with McMahon's RV to purchase a personal trailer for around $300,000.

According to the suit, Lautner's deal with McMahon's RV was that the trailer would be tricked out ad delivered by no later than June 21.

The vampire flicks star claims breach of contract and fraud, and wants unspecified damages.

Taylor, who plays werewolf Jacob Black in the Twilight series, is currently shooting yet another vampire movie "Abduction."
