Ty Lawson just made the Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets regular season games more interesting with an Instagram repost mocking the defensive abilities of James Harden.

He hit two birds with one stone as he threw under the bus the much maligned defensive tendencies of self-proclaimed best player in the world Harden and the defensively inept Cowboys. The starting shooting guard of Team USA was the butt of the joke as Lawson posted the picture of Harden wearing a Dallas Cowboys microphone with the caption "Cowboys defensive coordinator #Rp."

The Dallas Cowboys had the league's worst defense last year and signs for improvement this year are dim as they opened their season with a dismal showing against the San Francisco 49ers Sunday. Harden continues to be the receiving end of defensive ability jokes with this coming from a player of smaller in size but not lacking the determination to put effort on the defensive end.

The fun did not stop there as Lawson responded to a repost and a comment from fellow Instagram user Space Bound. The following were the exchanges of the two:
