Tyra Banks Graduates from Harvard Business School
Supermodel turned businesswoman Tyra Banks showed the world she is more that a pretty face with her recent graduation from the Harvard Business School.
Being the brains behind "America's Next Top Model" franchise and the owner and CEO of independent film and television productions "Bankable Productions" the world already knows what she is capable of.
The model defied critics when she graduated from the prestigious Harvard Business School. And while everyone in New York was busy for Fashion Week, the 38-year-old supermodel/business mogul was in Boston, Massachusetts to claim her diploma.
Tyra who enrolled for the Owner/President Management program in 2010, graduated and tweeted a photo of herself on stage last February 17.
"On stage at my Harvard Business School graduation! Lil blurry but SUCH an exciting moment 4 me & wanted 2 share w/u!" she wrote together with a picture on her Twitter account.
The model looked statuesque in a simple LBD and sky high heels and was likely the most glamorous of all the graduates.
"My marketing professor Rohit Deshpande is now doing a case study on my business, so I'm now going to be part of the Harvard Business School curriculum," Banks who seem to have impressed her professors said in her interview with Business Week.
"After my first term at Harvard, I came back and killed a whole bunch of businesses we were going to go into. We have to say no more often than we say yes, no matter how much money people put on that goddamned table," she added.
