Justin Bieber is not yet 21 but it does not appear that it would stop him from having a good time. The 19-year-old singer was seen holding a bottle of beer at a 4th ogf July party in Los Angeles with his on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez, 20, stood nearby.

He was holding a bottle of beer in one hand despite being under the legal drinking age in the United States. There were still no comments from the popstar's camp about this allegation.

The couple were at a house in Hollywood Hills and were seen getting cos with one another in the party. It actually looked like a scene out of Selena's movie 'Spring Breakers.'

There were rumors that the two are back together with one condition. Selena said that Justin has to smarten up his act or else it will really be over for the two of them. However, it appears that Justin does not want to change for the better.

In another event, Justin was accused of spitting in a DJ's face. Even the singer's mom admitted that the Justin does not always make the best decisions in his life. The singer allegedly confronted the man in the VIP area of the Social Room nightclub in Ohio last weekend. This was after Justin was informed that the DJ was taking pictures of him.

The DJ said that two of the bouncers of Bieber approached and said that he was trying to take pictures of Bieber. The DJ claimed that he was only concerned with the young actor's actions as he was still underage. There were also no photographs found in the DJ's phone. The DJ said that even though that was the case, Justin still spat on his face. A spokesperson of Justin refused to comment.

It seems that the popstar is heading to a dark path.
