‘Unforgettable' Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 8 'The Island' Airs On Aug. 24, 2014, Carrie and Al Discover An Island With A Community Living In It [WATCH VIDEO]

"Unforgettable" starring Poppy Montgomery as Senior Detective Carrie Wells is a mystery/crime TV series from CBS. It was first aired on Sept. 20, 2011. It is about Wells and her unique ability to remember everything. She was diagnosed with hyperthymesia, which enables her to have photographic memory and help solve crimes in New York. The twist is that Wells can't remember what happened on the day that her sister was murdered and she will try to get to the bottom of it, while being in the homicide unit of the New York City Police Department in Queens. "Unforgettable" is currently on its Season 3, with the latest episode titled "The Island" (episode 8) airing on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014 from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST on CBS. Spoiler Alert! "Unforgettable" Season 3, episode 8 "The Island" is directed by Oz Scott and written by Michael Reisz. According to the Futon Critic, Carrie and Lieutenant Al Burns (Dylan Walsh) will find out about an island that is near the Manhattan area. This island should have been deserted but they both discover that a hidden community is living on it. This is connected to Carrie and Al's investigation about a college dropout who died. It turns out he has been living in the island that they just discovered. And, a biohazard canister is missing and could have been dumped in the waters near the island.

Aside from Montgomery and Walsh, "The Island" will feature other series regulars including Jane Curtin (Joanne Webster), James Hiroyuki Liao (Jay Lee, Dallas Roberts (Eliot Delson) and Tawny Cypress (Cherie Rollins-Murray).
