With shocking exit of five-time U.S. Open champion Roger Federer on Monday, men's tennis Big Four is down to formidable trio of Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic.

Nadal, Murray, and Djokovic each have one U.S. Open championship around this belt. However, each of them desires to add another title to their Grand Slam haul and keep them in contention for the year-end top ranking.

Murray and Djokovic engaged in an epic five-set showdown, which saw the Briton winning his first ever Grand Slam title. The two enters this year's tournament as contenders, but Nadal is the overwhelming favourite in Flushing Meadows, following his back-to-back victories in Montreal and Cincinnati.

Of course, the dark horses are out to spoil the fun. David Ferrer, Tomas Berdych, Stanislas Wawrinka and Tommy Robredo all try to go for all the marbles at this stage of the tourney.
