World-famous singer, Usher, was accused by his ex-wife of having an affair during their marriage. According to Usher's ex-wife, he was sleeping with her bridesmaid behind her back.

Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, raised her accusation about the affair during the heated custody battle between the pair. The bridesmaid who was accused of having an affair with Usher is Maya Fox Davis, who used to be the children's nanny and was a friend of the bride. She was also a bridesmaid in the couple's wedding ceremony in 2007.

Usher's lawyer immediately objected to being investigated about this matter stating that this is out of the context.

The issue of the star's drug use was also put into light during the hearing. Usher's ex-wife accused him of using drugs, thus implying that he was a bad influence to the kids. Usher admitted that he used to smoke pot but that was already in the past while his lawyer denied the issue about using ecstasy.

The singer also insisted that he did not use drugs in front of the children but he was not that honest when it comes to interacting with the children under the use of drugs. Tameka Foster's team also accused Usher of being a bad father, stating the star would rather go out and party instead of staying at home with the kids.

Upon hearing this allegation, Usher broke down in tears and denied this accusation. He retaliated by saying that his ex-wife exhibited violent behaviors when he turned up the house with his girlfriend.

According to Usher, Tameka said some threatening words to him and his girlfriend, like trying to beat her up and spitting towards them. User also said that she resorted into violence by hitting him and throwing things at them.

The couple has been engaged with their custody battle for some time now. The couple started dating last 2006 when Tameka was working as his stylist. The couple got married a year after and their marriage only lasted for two years. They have two sons namely Usher Raymond V (4) and Naviyd Ely Raymond (3).

In their custody battle, Usher is requesting for increase in visitation rights of their children while Tameka is requesting that she should get full custody.
