For the third non-consecutive week on Thursday, Usher topped the Billboard's Hot 100, while Miley Cyrus got the highest debut.

According to Nielsen SoundScan, Usher also regained the No. 1 spot on the Digital songs tally with 236,000 downloads.

Katy Perry's "California Gurls", featuring Snoop Dogg, is down at No. 3 on Digital Songs from No. 1 last week. It is also at No. 3 on the Hot 100, trading places with B.o.B and Hayley Williams' "Airplanes", which is at No. 2 on Digital Songs.

Now at No. 4 is "Break Your Heart" from Taio Cruz featurins Ludacris, switching places with B.o.B's "Nothin' On You".

Ke$ha's "Your Love Is My Drug" at No. 7 is surpassed by Lady Gaga's "Alejandro" which is now at No. 6.

Debuting at No. 8 is "Can't Be Tamed" from Cyrus, which is the title track of her album set to be released on June 22. This is her third top 10 Hot 100 debut, following "Party in the U.S.A." (No.2 last August) and "The Climb" (No. 6 in March 2009). Hannah Montana's "He Could Be the One" was at No. 10 last July.

Completing the top 10 are Eminem's "Not Afraid" at No. 9 and Rihanna's "Rude Boy" at No. 10.

Other new entries are Avenged Sevenfold's "Nightmare" at No. 51, Muse's "Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)" at No. 77, and "WooHoo" from Christina Aguilera featuring Nicki Minaj, at No. 79.
