Neither Chris Brown nor Rihanna may have gotten a standing ovation for any of their hit songs at 55th Grammys , but as they were seen happy and all smiles cuddling and laughing, with a sparkling ring flaunted for everyone to see at the event, the singers prove that “love conquers all” as they have gone to the road less travelled.

After months of speculations, Chris and Rihanna have finally told the world that they have put the past behind them and both have moved on - - not separately but together, giving love another try.The celebrity lovebirds have braved the public eye in the latter part of last year, preparing not only the admiring fans and curious publics but also their close friends and family, that indeed they are back together.

There was no shame and inhibition as Rihanna and Chris were seen in many occasions : from the very affectionate moments at the courtside seats at the Lakers vs Knicks on Christmas day to strategic Instagram shots but giving away hints that they greet mornings together to having a fun night out at their favorite clubs and yes, the recent biggest music event at the Grammys.

It will be recalled that both could not make it to the 2009 Grammys following the horrendous event with the celebrity couple as the main actors -- the assault against Rihanna as perpetrated by Chris.

"Everything I knew switched in a night and I couldn't control that," Rihanna said, noted Rolling Stone. "It was hard for me to even pay attention to my mind and figure things out because now it became a circus and I felt protective." She explained, "I just felt like he made that mistake because he needed help," adding, "Everybody’s gonna say he's a monster without looking at the source. Who's gonna help him?"

Rihanna vowed she could handle it.

And exactly four years later, they finally made it to the Grammys. The battered and bruised face that once rocked the entertainment industry have been replaced with big smiles and affection as they were seen seated together and pictured getting cozy and cuddly.

"I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that," Rihanna was quoted as telling the Rolling Stone, according to the LA Times. "Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it."

Clad in white Lanvin suit at Grammys 2013, Chris looked like he was telling the whole world that he “has changed” as Rihanna claimed and he has nothing but pure intentions for Rihanna. And for the Bajan singer, Rihanna who walked the red carpet alone in red Azzedine Alaia gown, is responding to Chris’s love all radiant and glowy.

"We're very, very close friends," Rihanna told Oprah as she tried to hold back tears. "We built a trust again and that's it. We love each other and we probably always will. And that's not anything that we're gonna try to change. It's not something you can shut off if you've ever been in love."

The celebrity couple has indeed come full circle as they tell us that nothing and no one and as they said in the latest song they collaborated in 2012, it’s “Nobody’s Business” as they fall in love once again.
