Based on a best-selling fantasy book series by Richelle Mead, "Vampire Academy" is set to be released Feb. 7, 2014. Directed by Mark Waters, new vampire movie stars Zoey Deutch as Rose Hathaway, Lucy Fry as Lissa Dragomir and Danila Kozlovsky as Dimitri Belikov as the three lead stars.

The "Vampire Academy" stars recently hit the red carpet for their movie's L.A. premiere held at Regal Cinemas on Tuesday night, Feb. 4. Lead star Zoey Deutch arrived at the red carpet with supportive boyfriend Avan Jogia. "My lady waves. She's good. I'm proud,"Jogia tweeted with a picture of her girl on the red carpet.

The 19-year-old star revealed that her latest film is a total chick flick but guys would really enjoy it. "By no means is it a chick flick. It leans more towards comedy, but the secondary genre is thriller/action, so thirdly it's a romance," revealed the "Vampire Academy" star.

"If anything, guys would really enjoy it, it totally appeals to that audience. The title is understandably girly, but it's guy-centric and funny and they'll really dig it. Cars blow up and stuff," she added in an interview posted Zoey Deutch Web.

Other star on the red carpet premiere includes Cameron Monaghan and Danila Kozlovky who suits up for the event. The 20-year-old actor plays Mason Ashford in the movie, the actor is famous for his role in "Shameless" and starred alongside Zoey Deutch in "Beautiful Creatures."

"Teen Wolf" star Holland Roden is also in attendance and was joined by "Super 8"acor Joel Courtney and "Shameless" star Emma Kenney. Debby Ryan was joined in the red carpet with "Happyland's" actress Katherine McNamara who is wearing a Rebecca Minkoff dress and Aldo shoes. Ryan is wearing JBrand jeans, a Kate Spade top and Rene Caovilla shoes.

The 20-year-old actress even tweeted her "Vampire Academy" red carpet experience, "Stoked to see the babeliest humans @ZoeyDeutch, @Sarah_Hyland, + @CameronMonaghan tonight in their movie, #VampireAcademy."

The 17-year-old McKaley Miller was there to attend the premiere with "Awkward" co-star Greer Grammer. "Had such an amazing time at the Vampire Academy premier tonight! The movie is SO good+ @ZoeyDeutch & @Sarah_Hyland are total movie stars," she tweeted after the event.

After the movie's premiere; lead stars Soey Deutch, Lucy Fry and Sarah Hyland hit the after party event held at Lucky Strike Lanes and Lounge at L.A. Live on Tuesday night. The actresses was joined by "Vampire Academy" writer Daniel Waters and director Mark Waters after the movie screening.

Inside the bash, Zoey was reunited with her on-screen love Danila Kozlovsky and Cameron Monaghan gave Sarah a kiss on the cheek.
