So the possibility of Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder getting back together are highly bleak. Fans may be disheartened to know that Dobrev has sparked dating rumors with the "The Vampire Diaries" costar Michael Trevino and this is being conjectured as the final nail in Dobrev's and Somerholder's relationship.

Dobrev recently posted a picture of her and Trevino on her Instagram account and captioned it "There's a method to our madness #danger."

Now, fans are thinking that going by Dobrev's history of dating the co-stars it will not come as surprise if something blossoms between the two. Apparently, Dobrev spends more than 15 hours in a day with her "The Vampire Dairies" co-stars and this is the reason why she is linked to them or ends up dating them, reported Celebrity Laundry.

But before jumping to any conclusion one thing is noteworthy in the whole Dobrev and Trevino episode.

Firstly, Dobrev and Somerhalder saga is not that easy to get over with. The couple who called it splits last year in May is still "good friends." According to sources things are not sour between the ex-couple and they were most recently spotted together at the Dolby Theatre on March 22 attending the 2014 PaleyFest Panel for "The Vampire Diaries."

Secondly, Trevino is dating Glee star Jenna Ushkowitz. And the couple was recently seen passionately making out in a video portrait shot by celebrity photographer Tyler Shields.

Regarding the video, Shields wrote on his Web site, "You can't photoshop passion. Something about shooting a real couple that is so magical! Emma does play the perfect daughter for any family,".

Having said that in the world of glitz and glamour anything is possible. There have been many instances where celebs have moved out from one relationship to another.
