When Damon (Ian Somerhalder) said he will find Enzo (Michael Malarkey) and fix the issue with his best friend, the Salvatore vampire meant it. The promo video released for the next episode of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 shows Damon has asked for Luke's (Chris Brochu) help in locating his buddy but Stefan (Paul Wesley) wants his brother to just drop it.

In the Episode 20 "What Lies Beneath" promo video, Damon can be seen unimpressed with Luke's locator spell on Enzo because progress in determining where his Augustine buddy is slow. Stefan enters the room just in time to see Damon throwing ice at Luke to express his frustration and the warlock became unfocused.

"That's not helping," Luke told Damon. Stefan commented that he knows Damon is out of friend but he does not think Luke is the best replacement. "I don't think this guy's the best anything," Damon snapped.

Damon had no choice but to accept Luke's assistance in finding Enzo because Liv (Penelope Mitchell) is still tired from getting almost killed in the previous episode titled "Man on Fire." Then, Stefan figured that his brother is really serious in locating Enzo so he tried to come up with reasons why Luke is having a hard time locating Enzo.

Stefan suggested that Enzo does not want to be found and even used a cloaking spell to hide is exact location. "Why don't you just drop it?" Stefan told Damon.

The younger Salvatore brother is keeping Enzo's death a big secret from Damon and it is still unknown how long Stefan will be able to lie to his brother. As for Enzo, the Augustine vampire swore that he will get his revenge for the death of Maggie James (Heather Hemmens), the love of his life.

According to the Carter Matt report, Enzo will still be around but as a ghost villain. The next episode will show how Enzo became capable of causing trouble even though he is already on the Other Side.

With just a couple of episodes left before the Season 5 finale, fans must prepare for the exciting story twists and intense scenes that will happen since executive producer Caroline Dries has teased about three more major deaths in Mystic Falls.

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 airs Thursday nights at 8 pm ET on the CW Network. Episode 20 titled "What Lies Beneath" is scheduled to air on May 1, 2014.
