'The Vampire Diaries' Season 7 spoilers: Paul Wesley and Candice Accola talk 'Steroline' relationship in new season

The Stefan-Caroline or “Steroline” relationship is one of the storylines that fans look forward to in “The Vampire Diaries” Season 7, but Stefan Salvatore actor Paul Wesley says he will be lip-locking with more than one woman in the new season.

Wesley and Candice Accola, who plays TVD character Caroline Forbes, teased the surprising detail in an interview with TVLine.

Meanwhile, Candice Accola has admitted she has no idea if her pregnancy will be incorporated in the Stefan-Caroline relationship in “The Vampire Diaries” Season 7. Accola shared in another TVLine interview that TVD series creators and executive producers Julie Plec and Caroline Dries are the best people to ask about the “Steroline” baby in the new season.

“Production has known about our exciting news and there’s been a lot of support. To be honest, I’m along for the ride just like the viewers are,” Accola told TVLine.

Accola also shared that the fans will see a different, “badass” Caroline after the heartbreaking death of her mom Sheriff Forbes, played by Marguerite MacIntyre, in “The Vampire Diaries” Season 6.“Sometimes she might act without thinking things totally through,” Accola revealed, adding that Caroline’s impulsive behavior will apply to her stand against the new season’s big bad vampire-witch villains,“The Heretics.”

Aside from dealing with “The Heretics,” Accola further added that she and the other cast members of “The Vampire Diaries” will keep their promise of continuing the entries to the diary of Elena Gilbert, played by Nina Dobrev, while sleeping through the linking spell that Kai Parker (Chris Wood) placed on her and witch best friend Bonnie Bennett (Kat Graham).

“The flash-forwards and the diary moments are a really beautiful addition to the season,” Accola shared. “The Vampire Diaries” Season 7 will premiere on Thursday night, Oct. 8, at 8/7c on the CW Network.
