Vanessa Hudgens and Sister Dressed as Sexy Vampires for Halloween [PHOTOS]

Sisters Vanessa and Stella Hudgens looked like sexy vampires ready to sink their teeth for Halloween.

Former "High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens tagged her sister Stella along for a Halloween party and dressed up in matching vampire costumes.

The 23-year-old shared their photos dressed up as vampires in her official website. Vanessa and Stella showed off their fangs, their outfits and posed as if they're ready to suck blood. Last week, the two were just spotted shopping for Halloween costumes. They were seen leaving Trashy Lingerie in West Hollywood carrying a costume they purchased.

"Sooooo Stella and I dressed up as Vampiresss for Halloween..." she posted on her website. "I'm always looking for more inspiration and ya never know, I might have one more costume up my sleeve for tomorrow."

Vanessa has frequently been spotted in and out of the gym on a daily basis. It looks like the former Disney star is following the footsteps of another fitness enthusiast, Miley Cyrus. And judging from her more fit and svelte figure today, all the sweat and busting at the gym has definitely paid off.

Vanessa is probably making the most of her time before she jets out to Venice and Toronto of her movie, "Spring Breakers," where she stars along Selene Gomez, James Franco and Ashley Benson. Apart from that, she also has three movies which are scheduled for release next year.

She will join Mel Gibson, Jessica Alba and Lady Gaga in the highly anticipated "Machete Kills" which is due next year. In addition, Vanessa also stars alongside Nicolas Cage and John Cusack in the crime thriller "The Frozen Ground."
