Talk about girl power!

Girls just want to have fun. Seventeen years ago before the release of "Wannabe" the Spice Girls attended the Brit Awards.

According to sources, Mel C had gotten a little drunk and had a quarrel with Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham. Mel C had told Victoria to "F*** off" and the now fashion icon was terribly hurt. She had complained to management regarding the behavior of her co-worker and the next day Mel C was given a warning to clean her act up or leave the band.

Mel, now 39, had admitted to the Daily Star about the incident.

"I almost got kicked out of the Spice Girls just before releasing Wannabe. We were at the BRIT Awards, sat on a table with Lenny Kravitz and Vanessa Paradis and all these stars, and we all got a bit tipsy. By the end I was really pissed and told Victoria to f**k off. It was so over-dramatised but it really upset her" she said.

"The next day I was called in by management and they threatened to kick me out of the group due to my behaviour. I can't remember why we were even arguing now but I can remember telling her to 'F' off'."

Sporty spice had even tweeted about this saying:

"17 years ago!! at the Briits I got drunk and upset Victoria. I was threatened with leaving the band. I'm pretty sure it wasn't VB's idea! sic"

The two are good friends now and this is what Girl power is all about.

Good thing Sporty wasn't given the boot and she and the girls continue to be icons of the 90's until today and more news about their tour.
