Victoria "Posh" Beckham has revealed her diet secrets and how she lost all that baby weight just a month after giving birth to Harper Seven.
Some might wonder how Victoria Beckham's body quickly recovers from pregnancy weight gain; lucky for her fans she has now divulged her fool-proof secret. While her footballer husband, David, spends all day working out and training, Posh stays indoors in their seven-bedroom Malibu Mansion with their children. While at home, Victoria follows a strict diet regimen that has brought her down to a size zero.
According to Italian magazine, Grazia, Victoria Beckham has been following what dieticians call "the five hands diet," an effective way to lose weight by consuming just five handfuls of food each day. Being the true fashion addict that she is, Mrs. Beckham wants to speed up her weight lost so her body will be perfect just in time for the New York Fashion Week which begins on Sept. 8.
A source said to the magazine that since her birth to daughter Harper Seven, Beckham has stopped consuming food with high amounts of sugar. The source added that the fashion icon has been eating nothing but small amounts of prawns with chili, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and yellow-fin tuna sushi.
After her colorful career as a member of the British girl group "Spice Girls", Victoria Beckham has established herself as one of the most important fashion icons of today. She launched her own sunglasses line called dVb, and has been dressed by a-list designers such as Roberto Cavalli and Marc Jacobs.
