Victoria's Secret models are always sext and fit. A lot of women have wondered how these models stay in tip-top shape. Thankfully, Adriana Lima one of the VS Angels shares three secrets to staying sexy this summer. Read all about it here.

The summer season is just around the corner. With the sweltering heat already felt in various corners of the state, bikinis and cropped-tops are already in. Of course, so are bikini-ready bodies. Yet, getting the right shape in the right time for summer can be pretty difficult. However, Adriana Lima of the Victoria's Secret Angels gives three secret tips for a sexy summer.

Tip Number One: Keep Moving.

"Even if you don't have time to go to the gym, take 15 or 20 minutes out of your day and go outside for a walk," advised Lima.

Watching those new television series can be certainly attracting but think of all the work that could be done rather than bumming in front of the TV.

Tip Number Two: Exercise whenever you can.

"Get a jump rope and jump inside your house for five minutes. Or, if you're watching TV, start doing squats. It's better than nothing!" states Adriana.

Working out for ten minutes four times in a week also helps out. The work out doesn't have to be too rigorous and does not require extensive gym equipment. In fact, check out the 10-minute work-out video below that has helped models such as Heidi Klum get that perfectly sculpted bum.

Tip Number Three: Stay Hydrated.

"I love coconut water, it's a Brazilian thing. I pick some up at Whole Foods all of the time," explained Lima.

Coconut water seems to be the trend these days. Heck, even Madonna loves coconut water and it seems to be doing just the job. Apart from hydrating the body, coconut water is believed to aid in losing weight given its low in cholesterol and fat. It also works wonders for the skin which is beneficial for anti-aging.

Simply following these three quick tips will aid anyone in getting that bikini-ready body just in time for summer. Check out Selena Gomez's tips as well on staying fit and healthy.
