Vin Diesel Thrills Fans With New Pics Of "Fast & Furious" Installment 7
On Tuesday, Vin Diesel put up a collection of interesting and "emotional" photos from the new instalment 7 of "Fast & Furious" on Facebook, with the announcement that he has seen the trailer of the film. He said that Universal had visited and telecast the trailer for FF7, which made him "Speechless... yeah, it was that INCREDIBLE! I must also say, that it was emotional and bittersweet...". He wrote that they had all tried to excel in order to make Pablo proud, "but man, I wish he could see what we have created and just how far we have come," he wrote.
"Fast & Furious" fans can look forward to the release of the franchise on April 3, 2015. The sixth one showed Jason Statham, or Owen Shaw's brother behind Han's death at the end of "Tokyo Drift". Dom's team will now have another opponent, according to Inside Movies.
One shot on Facebook features Brian and Dom wearing suits. Speculations pin the event on having just arrived from Han's funeral. Dom is thought to take that suit jacket off within 10 minutes. Dom and Brian, played by Diesel and Walker, will go up against mobster Ian Shaw, the brother of the antagonist in Furious 6 played by Jason Statham. The post credits of the sixth instalment gave an interesting indication, that Ian was responsible for the death of Han, and he is trying to take revenge on Dom for killing his brother.
The second shot features Dom posing as if he is going to get into a boxing match. Critics wonder if it is the person who threw "The Rock" through a wall. He is of course considered a hero, as he can "fly".
But what has really thrilled the fans is Diesel's novel and exciting shots showing him with the late co-star Paul Walker. Walker died in an accident on November 30 last year, even while their shooting was still on in the last of the series. One of the characters, FBI agent turned crime-fighting outlaw Brian O'Conner, is expected to continue, although O'Conner's future role in the plot is still a secret. Caleb and Cody, Walker's siblings have come to complete the filming.
Ever since Walker died, he has been featuring frequently in Diesel's Facebook page. On September 12, Paul's 41st birthday, a video was featured again, titled: "One year ago today...Honoring our brother." Last year's birthday of Walker on the set, with bystanders singing and giving him a slice of cake, is captured marvellously.
Fans wait with bated breath for the new instalment, though the plot and details of the story aren't much known. The cast is still Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, along with some new stars, such as Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Ronda Rousey, and Kurt Russell.
