A YouTube video of Sally Gifford Piper's body having transformed through Photoshop has gone viral.

Piper, 36, was transformed in this video through Photoshop along with the enhancement of her makeup, hair and lighting. The viral video showed how unrealistic the image of beauty has become due to the media promotion. The video was interestingly shot a couple of years back in 2011.

Global Democracy created this video showing a model getting entirely transformed to a picture perfect woman. Global Democracy is a Web site providing everyone with the voice and the vote of issues which affect the world. The video has raised several questions about the definition of beauty. The superficiality of the image of beauty in the digital age is promoted all over the media through TV, movies, magazines and so on.

There is a huge number of pictures on beauty magazines that show how women should define 'beautiful.' The dramatic change of the idea of beauty has taken place in recent years. Women today want to achieve a shallow notion of beauty with size zero figures and anorexic diet. At times, they cannot even recognize themselves as everyone seeks to achieve identical looks.

Piper featured in the video said she felt furious regarding the pressure that a woman must go through to be the perfect woman. She felt that every kind of sizes and shapes should be appreciated. If there is no variety in beauty, the world may end up looking like the same. She added she was determined to fight this pressure.

The video also revealed the artificial process of transforming a 'normal' woman into the perfect model of beauty with perfect skin, shape and size. The photoshopped photo does not have any resemblance to the original and real appearance of Piper. The video has started questioning the process a model goes through to look perfect. Computer editing has been instrumental in changing the face of beauty in fashion.
