A single mom from Casper, Wyoming shared on social media her parenting story after finding out that her teenage daughter was skipping classes in school. Jeannie Crutchfield used a camera and Facebook in disciplining her 14-year-old daughter, Rickilee Durrant, for her wrongdoing and the video recording went viral.

According to 7abc WXYZ Detroit's report, the 34-year-old single mom admitted that she needed to do double effort in raising her kids after finding out that her teenage daughter was ditching school. "I learned to improvise when it comes to my parenting," Crutchfield stated.

Jeannie Crutchfield, obviously upset with her daughter Ricki's behaviour, shared a video recording on Facebook to show what happened when she decided to show up at her daughter's school and confront her about cutting classes. "This is what happens when my daughter Rickilee Durrant can't act right at school... enjoy parents!" Crutchfield posted as a caption to the video shared on her Facebook account last Saturday, Sept. 27.

In the video, Jeannie Crutchfield followed her daughter with the camera on her hand recording everything. "Oh yeah. Oh, yes, Ricki. So guess what I'm doing, Ricki? We're going to hold hands and we're going to go to class together," Crutchfield stated in the video when Ricki kept on denying that she is skipping classes.

"You thought it was cute to ditch with your friends. Now let's see how cute you think it is to hang out with mom during class," the single mom further added. The video posted on Facebook currently has over 60,000 views. Click HERE to watch the video.

Jeannie Crutchfield admitted that Ricki's attendance in school has now improved after she shared her parenting video on Facebook. The single mom explained in a Fox43 report that she was just trying to prove a point to Ricki when she followed and recorded her around at school while confronting her about skipping school.

Crutchfield shared that she received mostly positive reactions from the kids, parents and teachers who saw the video. As for Ricki, the teenager admitted in a 9news.com.au report that she got embarrassed with what her mom did but she is not really that upset. "It just goes to show that my mom cares," Ricki stated.

Even though most of the viewers approved with Jeannie Crutchfield's way of disciplining her daughter, some viewers were not pleased and criticized the mother for cyberbullying or harassing the teenager in public. The video that also got shared on YouTube has now been removed due to violation of the social media site's policy against content that was "designed to harass, bully or threaten."
