Marina Shifrin, a former writer for a Taiwanese company, knows how to say "I quit" in style.

In this heroic video, Shifrin put down her paper by shaking a leg or two on Kanye West's famous number, "Gone."

She is alone in her office at 4:30 a.m. in the morning with a will to do something crazy. She sets up the cameras at strategic locations in the office and starts to dance. The reasons for resigning come along across the bottom of the video. She dances like there is no tomorrow and she is everywhere, in the workstation area, restroom and a small recording cabin.

"I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets," the video description reads. "I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come. Here is a little video I made explaining my feelings."

Now, that Shifrin's video has gone, this resignation might serve as a potential CV for a new job. We believe she is on her way to entrepreneurship.

Shifrin was employed at Next Media Animation that produces news videos.

The tale got a twist, her employers came up with a video titled "An Interpretive to which is a reply to Shifrin's "I Quit" video.

The video uploaded by Next Media Animation to YouTube on Tuesday features employees dancing to "Gone." They also wish good luck to Shifrin and declare that they are up and ready for new hires. If Shifrin's was a potential CV, this counter video lures new candidates by showing the company's rooftop pool and spa.

What do you think about these video? Are they for real or just a marketing gimmick?
