‘The Voice’ Coach Blake Shelton: ‘My wife wouldn’t let me go to Adam Levine’s bachelor party’
Known for his ladies and rock star lifestyle, Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine is living the life that most people would only dream about. Yet, he's willing to kiss those perks goodbye when he got engaged to Victoria's Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo last July of 2013.
So the million dollar question is: How can men like Adam Levine celebrate his bachelor's party? Well according to "The Voice" host Carson Daly, we'll never know because it's not going to happen.
"If there was a bachelor party for Adam, it would be the most-I mean, no one would know about it," says Daly in an interview with E! News. "There'll be two people, me and Adam, we'll be the only two people there. No, Adam's lived the life of a bachelor party. It'll never happen. His whole life has been a bachelor party, and now he's gonna settle down. He's good."
The 34-year-old "People's Sexiest Man Alive" was once adamant about settling down but all his apprehensions about marriage was changed when he met his fiancé. He proposed to Behati, 24, in July after a brief break-up.
In an interview with Jay Leno, Levine quipped: 'Famous last words, I'll never get married! ... I still don't necessarily think you have to get married unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them. And then you marry them and it's wonderful.''
But wait a minute, if only Carson Daly is invited to the party then what about Adam's bromance partner Blake Shelton? When asked about Adam's bachelor party, the country superstar says that he is not allowed to go especially to Adam Levine's bachelor party.
"Even if I got the invitation, my wife [Miranda Lambert] wouldn't let me go to an Adam Levine bachelor party no matter what," said Shelton to E! News. "And having said that, Carson's right. What can Adam do at a bachelor party that he hasn't already done for the first 30 years of his existence? What's he gonna have there? Strippers? Models? He's had that for years now. He's a rock star."
Based on a recent report, the couple is planning not one but two weddings - one in Los Angeles where the couple is based and one in Behati's home country Namibia.
