'The Voice' Finale Best Moments: Lady Gaga, Celina Dion and More
"The Voice" Season 5 closed at the most epic note. The finale was joined by the best singing stars of the industry from Lady Gaga to Celine Dion after which the winner was crowned. Take a look at the best moments of "The Voice" Season 5 finale:
On December 16 and 17, the best pop stars in the industry including Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green joined the three finalists.
Lady Gaga sang her raunchy number " Do What You Want" while Celine Dion partnered with Ne -Yo for her song "Incredible" from her new single "Loved Me Back To Life". One Republic set the stage on fire with their new song "I Lived" from the album Native.
Along with the singing stars, the top 3 finalists Tessanne Chin, Jacquie Lee and Will Champlin also got the chance to showcase their talent. Despite her nervousness, Chin sang her way through her duet "Love Can Move Mountains.
"The Voice" Season 5 crown went to Tessanne Chin- the singing pride of Jamiaca. Host Carson Daly announced the winner of the season 5 at the end of the two-hour finale. Though all three finalists deserved to win, Chin took the crown for singing with utmost confidence.
Chin was on team Adam Levine. As reported by LA Times.com while singing "Let It Be" with Chin on Monday Levine said, " It is like singing with an angel from heaven."
Chin's replu was, "The love was mutual. A better coach for me I could not find. You are just a great, solid guy."
After winning the trophy Chin hugged her mom and went to sing with One Republic's Ryan Tedder with immense professionalism as confetti fluttered all around her. It indeed looked like a singing angel has descended from the heaven.
