After a thrilling and challenging season, the NBC's show has now reached its final stages where the top 5 contestants are competing in semifinals round. On Monday night, Dec. 9, 2013 the remaining contestants of "The Voice" U.S. Season 5 (2013) performed in the performance episode of Week 6 of Live Playoffs and Elimination (Semifinals round). "The Voice" Season 5 (2013) Semifinals round of Week 6 of Live Playoffs and Elimination has only 5 contestants remaining in the show. These top 5 are competing with each other to find a spot in the final four for the finals round, next week.

Team Cee Lo is no more in the game as it bid goodbye to its last contestant Caroline Pennell in Week 4 of Live Playoffs and Elimination. While Team Christina and Team Blake have one contestant each competing in the final hours of the show, Team Adam is still going strong with three remaining contestants in his team.

In "The Voice" U.S. Season 5 (2013) Semifinals Round of Week 6 of Live Playoffs and Elimination, the top 5 contestants were to perform on a song of their choice, before facing the elimination based purely on public voting. The coaches have no say in the scores received by their team members. Their role is now restricted to the job of mentoring.

This week there are some difficult decisions that need to be made by the public as the top 5 performed in semifinals round of The Voice Season 5 (2013).

Team Blake

The remaining contestant from Team Blake, Cole Vosbury performed on the song "Shameless" by Billy Joel (Garth Brooks' rendition).

Team Christina

The remaining contestant from Team Christina, Jacquie Lee performed on the song "Angel" by Sarah Maclachlan.

Team Adam

Team Adam delivered 3 out of 5 performances in the semifinals round of top 5 performances with its remaining three contestants.

James Wolpert performed on the song "With or Without You" by U2.

Will Champlin performed on "Carry On" by Fun.

And Tessanne Chin performed on "Bridge Over Troubled Water" by Simon and Garfunkel.
