Here comes an end to another challenging week at The Voice Season 5. Top 8 performances of Week 4 of Live Playoffs on Nov. 25 episode was followed by a double elimination round on Nov. 26, 2013. In this round, viewers voted off another set of singer contestants following which host Carson Daly revealed the top 6 contestants. The Voice Season 5 Week 4 Eliminations: Top 6 Contestants Revealed (Spoilers and Recap)

After witnessing the night full of entertainment and thrilling performances by top 8 contestants, voting would have definitely been a difficult task for audience. Once again, for those who don't know, The Voice Season 5 has reached the stage where the decision power completely lies in the votes given by the viewers.

The four coaches-Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green- now have no say in the decisions made regarding the elimination of the contestants on the show. A special feature "Instant Save" continues to be the part of the game using which the audience can save one contestant from the bottom three, at last minute. This can be done by voting, using public twitter accounts during the time when the "save" window is opened.

The Voice Season 5 Elimination Episode

The Voice Season 5 witnessed one of its most shocking elimination episodes where the two fan favorite artists bid goodbye. Also, Team Cee Lo met its unfortunate end as the last contestant of the team went home after being voted off by the audience. Now it's only three coaches in the game: Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. And Coach Adam Levine is leading the charts with three contestants from his team still surviving in the game.

Team Christina- Jacquie Lee and Matthew Schuler

Team Blake- Cole Vosbury

Team Adam- James Wolpert, Tessanne Chin and Will Champlin

The contestants who reached the bottom three in the last episode were Ray Bordeaux from Team Blake, Caroline Pennell from Team Cee Lo and Matthew Schuler from Team Christina.

Finally, the artist who was saved by last-minute save feature "Instant Save" was Matthew Schuler, and Ray and Caroline were voted off and sent home by the audience.

This week, all the top 8 performances by the contestants figured within iTunes top 100 chart. The performance that received top ten multiplier bonus this week was "At Last" by Will Champlin.

The tense elimination episode of The Voice Season 5 also witnessed pop diva Ellie Goulding's electrifying performance on her hit single "Burn."

Finally, the verdict is out and the top 6 contestants have been revealed of The Voice Season 5. After Week 4 of Live Playoffs, these top 6 will now proceed to face another set of challenges that include performances and elimination in Week 5.
