'The Voice' Season 6 2014:Premiere Episode Spoilers, Recap Plus Why Bria Kelly Got Lured by Usher's Grammy Gimmick
The two-hour season 6 premiere of "The Voice" was one of the best premieres of the series. With exceptional singing talents coming from all parts of America, the judges were left floored. In the blind auditions Day 1 of the show former country artist Bria Kelly, took to the stage and sang James Taylor's "Steamroller Blues" and her powerful voices compelled the all four judges of the show to turn around their chairs.
The 19-year-old Kelly sang like as if she bee singing for years and the judges couldn't believe that a young girl like her could have such a mature voice.
After listening to Kelly, Usher couldn't hold his horses and before any of the judges could say anything he declared, "Ladies and gentlemen, we have just heard The Voice."
Shakira agreed to what Usher said about the singing talent and she called Kelly "a star."
Adam Levine tried to play around with Kelly as in one her previous interviews she has admitted that she has inclination towards Behati Prinsloo's fiancé.
"You haven't been alive long enough to feel the pain you were expressing up there," Levine, 34, joked.
To this Kelly said "I believe I was born in the wrong generation"
Meanwhile, Blake Shelton said to Kelly, "You are a stud! It's a powerful presence up there."
However, inspite of all the judges trying to get Kelly in their team, the young singer picked up Usher team, as he was the one who pulled out one of his eight Grammy awards and took it to the stage to grace Kelly.
11 artists performed on Day 1 and the results of which is as follows:

Team Adam: Christina Grimmie and Dawn & Hawkes
Team Shakira: Jeremy Briggs, Kristen Merlin
Blake Shelton: Jake Worthington
"The Voice" Season 6 (2014) will have 48 singing talents who will be divided in four teams . Blind auditions will continue next week when the show returns for its Episode 3 on Day 3 of blind auditions on March 3, 2014.
