The Voice: Top 3 Performances, Who's Hot and Who Gets to be Cut? (See Videos)
"The Voice" Season 5 is wrapping up this season with a big bang as the Top 3 contestants are set to blow the judges mind in their finale performance. They will sing 3 songs each including the audition piece that earned them a spot in the show. Team Adam is leading the show with two voices to back him up, Tessanne Chin and Will Champlin, and Team Christina is up for one as Jaquie Lee will fight for her spot till the very end.
The two-day grand finale of the show will showcase the 3 contestants in three different occasions as each singer will perform with their coach and will sing one new song solo. So this means that Tessanne Chin will be singing "Try" by Pink, "Back to Black" from Jaquie Lee and Will Champlin will be singing "Not Over You."
Chin kicked off the night singing her audition piece that made the 4 judges turn their chair. She followed it up with "The Beatles" performance with her coach Adam Levine. She chose to sing the all time favorite "Let It be" where Adam turned in a nice guitar solo and Chin put a little bit of reggae interlude to highlight her Jamaican roots.
The only finalist who landed in the Top 10 on iTunes twice, Will Champlin is a force to be reckoned with. Will is a survivor and he continues to wow the judges and the audience with his performances. For the final night, he sang Gavin DeGraw's "Not Over You" and followed it up with a duet with his coach to Elton John's "Tiny Dancer."
Team Christina's lone survivor Jaquie Lee opened her final night with her audition piece Amy Winehouse's "Back in Black." The 16-year-old is "The Voice" top contender and shows an incredible potential at such a young age. Her second song is with coach Christina Aguilera as they sing "We Remain," one of Aguilera's songs from the "Hunger Games" OST.
For the final song: Chin performed the classic Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing", Champlin sings Bryan Adams' "I Do It For You" and Lee finish it with Dreamgirls' "And I am telling You." The Voice final elimination is scheduled tomorrow, Dec. 18 on NBC. So the question now is, will Adam Levine win this season?
