"Michael Jackson was a monster," according to Wade Robson's lawyer when he described how the King of Pop allegedly abused his client. The late King of Pop, who died in June 2009, is being accused of molesting the now-famous choreographer when he was just a child.

Robson, who is now 30 years old, shocked the world Tuesday when news that he filed a late creditor's claim against the Michael Jackson estate got out. He alleges that the tragic music superstar sexually abused him when he was just a child. He had spent sleepovers with Jackson at his homes between the age of 7 and 14.

His lawyer Henry Gradstein told TMZ that last year, Robson "collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what happened to him for seven years as a child."

Oddly, Robson, who knew Jackson since he was 5, was one of the witnesses in Jackson's child molestation trial in 2005, swearing that Jackson did not act in any untoward manner.

He remained friends with Jackson until his death, even claiming in a past interview that he will "miss him immeasurably."

"His music, his movement, his personal words of inspiration and encouragement and his unconditional love will live inside of me forever," the Australian choreographer was quoted by the Sydney Morning Herald in an interview in 2009.

He has changed his tune since then.

His lawyer told TMZ that Robson "lived with the brain washing by a sexual predator until the burden of it all crushed him."

"Michael Jackson was a monster and in their hearts every normal person knows it."

But according to Jackson's estate, concert promoter AEG might be behind Robson's suit. The timing is curious since they are currently suing AEG for the singer's death by hiring Conrad Murray to care for him.

They call Robson's suit "outrageous and pathetic."

"This young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him," the estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, told MTZ.

"Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made."

Robson is allegedly claiming he didn't file his creditor's claim on time because he suffered from "repressed memory."

He is asking for an unspecified amount from the estate.
