Ever since Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene got together as a mini group in "The Walking Dead" season 4, fans started speculating that they might become "Beryl" in the upcoming episodes. MTV chatted with Emily Kinney (Beth Greene) about the show and what fans can expect.

"I just remember it getting really, really hot," said Emily recalling a hot sequence with Norman Reedus.

Before fans can jump to the conclusion about a possible hot Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene scene, Emily is talking about the last episode in which they burned a moonshine shack.

The shooting of this particular sequence involved actual burning of a house. It was a challenging sequence for the Norman and Emily as they had to film in roasting temperatures. Emily explained that the actors got only a couple of chances to nail it as once the house was down it was down.

"That whole night was pretty exciting and pretty fun. We only could do a couple takes, so there was a lot of preparation."

MTV asked about the possibility of Daryl and Beth becoming an item.

"Well, I think it says something about these characters feeling very lonely, and it makes me happy that the audience is sort of picking up on that, that these two people are people that need someone," said Emily.

The actress also explained that now Beth and Daryl know each other in an intimate way and on a deeper level. However, after Beth's abduction in "The Walking Dead" season 4, episode 13 means the chances of Daryl and Beth coming out as a couple are slim.

"No spoilers. You don't really want to know," said Emily, adding, "This whole situation that they're in, we don't know what's going to happen next. I think [the producers] want the audience to feel that way too. In the dark, walking around, trying to survive, not knowing what is around the corner: we want you to feel the way we feel."

According to a Wetpaint report, Robert Kirkman, executive producer and comic book writer, mentioned that Daryl and Beth are growing close.

"The Walking Dead" season 4 episodes air Sundays on AMC at 9 p.m. ET.
